Debride and prepare the wound bed using wound care best practices.

Measure the size of the wound.

Remove DermGEN™ from its package.

Trim DermGEN™ to match wound size.

Place DermGEN™ with the dermal side in contact with the woundbed.
"V" notch located on top right assures adherent surface placed on wound bed.

Use a dressing with a non-adhesive contact layer and good moisture controlling backing over DermGEN™.

Use effective off-loading such as total contact casting or appropriate orthotic.
